115 Visa - Remaining Relative Visa (Offshore)
115 visa - Remaining Relative visa (Offshore) is a permanent visa for applicants who want to live in Australia to be with their only near relatives. The application must be made offshore during application and grant of visa.

835 Visa - Remaining Relative Visa (Onshore)
835 visa - Remaining Relative Visa (Onshore) allows a person who is already in Australia to live permanently with their only remaining Australian citizen, Australian Permanent Resident or Eligible New Zealand Citizen relative. The application must be made onshore during application and be in Australia during the grant of visa.

804 Visa - Aged Parent Visa
804 visa - Aged Parent visa, is a permanent visa allowing older parents who hold a temporary visa and wish to gain permanent residency in Australia. The applicant's sponsoring child must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or an eligible New Zealand citizen.

143 Visa - Contributory Parent Visa
This is a permanent visa referred to as a “Contributory” visa. This is because the initial application fee is $4,225 for the first applicant and $1,425 for a spouse. However, the second installment for each applicant is $43,600. This visa takes approximately 3.5 to 4.5 years to process and is a permanent visa from approval.

116 Visa - Carer visa (Offshore)
116 Carer Visa allows individuals to live in Australia permanently and provide support or assistance to their relatives with a long-term medical condition, who have no reasonable options to get the care or support that they need from any other relative or from hospital, welfare, nursing or community services in Australia.
The applicants must be outside of Australia while lodging an application and when visa is granted. This is also applicable to all the family members included as dependents in the visa application.

114 Visa - Aged Dependent Relative (Offshore)
Aged Dependent Relative (Offshore) lets an older relative of an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, or an eligible New Zealand citizen live in Australia permanently, if they are dependent on them financially, physically, mentally, and meet the age requirements. This visa is an offshore visa that requires the applicant/s to be outside of Australia when lodging an application and when the visa is granted.

Aged Dependent Relative (Onshore) is a permanent visa that allows a single older person to stay in Australia if they rely on a relative living in Australia for financial support.
