Regional Certifying Bodies
Overview
Are a group of states and Territories of Government Agencies, Local Chambers of Commerce, Local Councils and Regional Development Bodies. They are providing advice to the Department of Home Affairs in relation to the Skilled Employer-Sponsored Regional (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 494) application.
RCB must provide the advice under the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme before it will be submitted to the Department.
They only assess the Business and Positions that are nominated, they are not responsible for assessing individuals who will apply to the position.
