Why is the Training Visa becoming a popular option?

Most employer-sponsored visas such as the TSS or 186 usually have a post-qualification work experience requirement. For this reason, the Training Visa has now become a viable option for many to gain training and work experience

  • Pathway to Permanent Residency: While there may not be a direct route, residing in Australia and improving your skill set can open up more prospects for employer sponsorship via the 482 visa. • Career Enhancement Opportunities: This visa facilitates occupational training and professional development, enabling individuals to refine their skills in a specialized field. Visa holders can gain invaluable hands-on work experience in Australia, contributing to their professional growth and paving the way for potential career advancement.
