As of January 2020, 90 points is the minimum points score accepted for Skilled Independent Visa (Subclass 189) and Provisional Skilled Work Regional Visa (Subclass 491) – Family-Sponsored.
The invitation rounds for subclass 189 and subclass 491 will run every 11th day of each month (dates are subject to change). The results on each round will vary on the number of applications processed by the DoHA.
