what is the prospective marriage visa?
Known as the Prospective Marriage Visa, the Subclass 300 Prospective Marriage Visa is intended for a sponsor to bring their overseas partner with the intention to get married within 9 months of arriving in Australia. Once the Subclass 300 Prospective Visa is granted and applicant arrives onshore and gets married, they will then be eligible to apply for an onshore partner visa.
